- To comply with accounting and legal requirements
3. How long we keep it
Chat data and quote requests are kept for up to 24 months. Customer and invoice records are kept for 7 years per Swedish accounting law. Account data is deleted on request.
4. Your rights
- Right of access – get a copy of your data
- Right to rectification – correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure – ask us to delete your account and data
- Right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY)
